Exchange & Return Policy

At Basic Route, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a flexible and easy process for returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchanges:
• You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be in its original condition as it was sent: unused, unwashed, not sprayed with any perfume or fragrance, and with all packaging and tags intact.
• For hygiene reasons, innerwear items cannot be exchanged.

Returns:
• You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds are issued after the product is inspected and approved.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund total.

How to request:
1. Contact us via message or email with your order number.
2. One of our representatives will confirm the request and schedule the pickup.
3. After inspection, we will proceed with the exchange or refund as applicable.

Important Notes:
• If there’s a mistake from our side (wrong or defective item), we cover all shipping fees.
• If you change your mind, the customer bears the round-trip shipping cost.
